This huge shop is a woodworker’s dream, with professional equipment set up and ready to use. It was designed by the owner after decades of experience in his prior woodworking shops, and he set it up as a pinnacle of efficiency and convenience, from the total vacuum system ducted to every dust-producing task, to the ample work surfaces, to the multiple storage areas including the huge attic with hefty wood shelving. If the new owner wants to repurpose the building, sale of the equipment could recoup many thousands of dollars of the property purchase price. The Breakaway students jokingly named it the “Tiny Little Tool Shed.”
